Role Overview:
As a Java Developer, you’ll play a key role in enhancing system performance, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining the company’s technology stack. This position requires both front-end and back-end expertise, with a primary focus on Java, Oracle databases, and AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize web-based applications using Core Java, EJB, Struts, and JavaEE technologies.
- Lead full lifecycle application development with CI/CD practices.
- Conduct software performance analysis and risk assessment.
- Engage in architectural discussions and client requirements gathering.
- Support production issues, perform integration testing, and lead offshore teams.
